About Dr. Teresa Ray
Teresa Ray is a Certified Professional Coach (CPC) through the College of Executive Coaching and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coach Federation (ICF). She is also an Executive Director, Speaker, Certified Coach and Founding Partner with the John C. Maxwell Team.
Teresa launched her career as an Executive Coach and Consultant in 2006. She has served a wide range of individuals and organizations across various public and privately held Corporations as well as in State and Federal Government organizations.
She co-authored the Leadership Book “Ready, Aim, Excel” which won an Amazon best seller award and the eLit award in 2011. In addition, she has served as Adjunct Professor at the University of Arkansas and John Brown University facilitating such courses as “Applied Theory and Principles of Group and Team Dynamics”, “Leadership”, “Needs Assessment”, “Visionary Leadership” and “Business Communication”.
Teresa offers coaching, facilitation, workshops, assessment, seminars, keynote speaking, and training to aid individual, team and organizational growth. Teresa is an advocate for emotionally intelligent leaders who build high performance teams, energizing work climates, and effective communication. Due to her work in both internal and external organizational contexts, she knows how to support individuals to reach and exceed individual and organizational goals.
