Do coaches specialize in a particular area? Maybe you need a coach who is internal to your organization. Maybe you need an external coach. What do they cost? Can you guarantee confidentiality? Is your brain spinning yet?
What started as a simple request can quickly become confusing or down-right frustrating. For a lot of people, it can be easier to play a perfect round of golf than to find the perfect coach. It’s the coaching conundrum.
